What we’re looking for

A referee from within X-CO, one of our clients or trusted partners.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience gained within either industry or consulting roles.
Significant experience in at least one of our areas of expertise – Risk, Regulation & Compliance, Transformation & Transition, Operational & Process.
A track record of successful change delivery.
Strong academic background bolstered by a relevant professional qualification.
A robust work ethic, a zeal for providing client satisfaction and last but not least… a sense of humour!
