He is a Technology Change specialist with a focus on payments integration and emerging Fin Tech solutions such as transactional data applications. He is passionate about systems integration delivery and team management in the Fin Tech ecosystem.
Through permanent and interim assignments, Gian has worked successfully for many national and global multi-nationals including Lloyds Bank, Barclays, HSBC, BSkyB, MasterCard and Visa Europe. He is able to adapt quickly to an organisations culture, fit in and improve it. He played key roles with Fin Tech start-ups IBOS, 10X and Screen Trade to launch successful products and businesses.
Working within client house teams and third parties Gian has delivered significant projects that have enabled organisations to retain existing customers and capture news using the latest technologies, lower their costs and increase profits.
Most recently, Gian has helped Mastercard, 10X, Deutsche Bank and the FCA undergo significant changes and left them in good shape.
