Kristel is a results-driven BA/Implementations Analyst with 14 years’ experience in banking and financial services; with a demonstrable track record of understanding complex business requirements across Derivatives (Futures& Options) and OTC markets. Kristel is proficient in identifying areas for improvement and creating functional specifications that enhance systems, creating fit-for-purpose requirement solutions that deliver optimal results. She is confident in implementing internal robust procedures that align with regulatory and corporate governance whilst embedding a culture of accountability and best practice throughout.

With deep expertise within Operations, Kristel is confident in taking ownership of client account management, driving client engagement through clear communication, and providing exceptional client service, whilst offering best practice in margin process optimization. Kristel is able to articulate the mechanisms of the clearing trade flow process with confidence including core front to back office systems.

Using her broad experience, Kristel is able to create high-performing teams with clearly defined goals, fostering a culture of collaboration when leading Workshops and ensures that each team member buys into the project, ensuring successful project delivery.

Her most recent role after successful deployment of the new policy achieved $6m fee revenue within 12-months; where she led, designed, and implemented a number of BAU processes and procedures, including written procedures and flow mapping.

Kristel is an active member and volunteer host of events within E2W, a community of over 10,000 women which supports women in their financial services careers, enabling Financial Institutions to gain the benefits of a more diverse workforce.
