Louise is a Senior Consultant with 15 years Investment Banking experience. She has extensive experience as a change consultant and psychologist: managing operational and people changes following the ABN/RBS merger, RBS divest and the subsequent bailout. Louise’s expertise is supported by her people management skills. Her professional experience and academic background have reinforced that we are all different yet fundamentally we want to be informed and supported, especially if there is change taking place.
Louise also has extensive experience of risk/control assessment and reporting, forecasting and delivering regulatory, transformational and remedial change, delivery of offshoring and onshoring processes in the UK/India and a proven ability to manage integrating cultures.
Her most recent PM role was the successful delivery of the mandatory FED and DTC agent migration, that included movements of assets exceeding 20 billion USD. The global project required hands on management of technology, trading desks, third party vendors, external agents and legal counsel, across multiple time zones.
Throughout her career Louise has worked at HSBC, Lloyds, RBS and State Street.
