Aisha is a Business Manager with X-CO. She has 10 years’ experience of working in financial services within the banking sector. Her roles have included both regional and global responsibilities across various business areas, ranging from Risk Control to Regulatory and Fixed Income Securities.
The prime focus for Aisha has been working with senior management to successfully deliver key organisational functions: achievement of annual financial targets; evaluation of departmental performance; ensuring quality assurance; enabling change initiatives and implementing business strategies.
From her experience of working with stakeholders in ‘end to end’ processes, alongside her expertise in trouble- shooting, Aisha brings significant insight to working with a range of senior stakeholders, including GMB businesses, Risk Control, Finance, and control functions such as Legal, Compliance and HR.
Aisha has previously worked with UBS, ePay worldwide and HSBC.
