Cyril has over 20 years’ industry experience, specialising in portfolio, programme, project and PMO management. He works with business and technology product owners, sponsors, stakeholders and external 3rd party suppliers, for clients in Europe and North America.

Cyril provides significant expertise to Risk, Regulatory and Compliance initiatives including SME Derivatives, MiFID II, BCBS239 and FRTB. Most recently, Cyril has helped Deutsche Bank Credit Risk division to establish their BCBS239 programme.

Cyril is proficient in numerous project tools including Jira, Jama, Confluence, Dashboard, Clarity, SharePoint and MS project.

Cyril has worked for London Stock Exchange, Schroders Asset Management, Lloyds Banking Group – Financial Markets, Barclays, HSBC, Coop Financial Services, UBS, Credit Suisse, and Deutsche Bank.

John has been an IT Project and Programme Manager for the past 20 years, specialising in Cyber Security and successfully delivering change across different industries, including Financial Services, Broadcasting, Telecoms, Oil and Utilities.

John has global experience and worked for System Integration companies for just under 10 years in emerging markets such as Dimension Data (South Africa) and Comtel Integrators Africa (East Africa). John has delivered a Greenfields building implementation for Orange in Uganda, which included installing the company’s entire ICT infrastructure. This was Oranges’ first presence in East Africa and was a high-profile programme for the company and country.

Some of the software projects John has delivered in the financial sector include NICE Actimize Fraud and Anti-Money Laundry application software using data analytics, Core Banking Replacements from Bankmaster to Finacle, Credit and Debit Cards, Remittances (Western Union and MoneyGram), Insurance (Maven) and Security.

John has utilised various methodologies preferred by his clients and can deliver Waterfall, Agile and PRINCE2 projects successfully.

Most recently John has worked at the BBC, Cardtronics, Lloyds Banking Group, NICE Actimize and his Banking clients include Barclays, ABSA South Africa, Bank of Ireland and Standard Bank of South Africa.

Gian has been successfully delivering high profile, resilient, global technology solutions in tier one organisations for some twenty years. He is a Technology Change specialist with a focus on payments integration and emerging Fin Tech solutions such as transactional data applications. He is passionate about systems integration delivery and team management in the Fin Tech ecosystem.

Through permanent and interim assignments, Gian has worked successfully for many national and global multi-nationals including Lloyds Bank, Barclays, HSBC, BSkyB, MasterCard and Visa Europe. He is able to adapt quickly to an organisations culture, fit in and improve it. He played key roles with Fin Tech start-ups IBOS, 10X and Screen Trade to launch successful products and businesses.

Working within client house teams and third parties Gian has delivered significant projects that have enabled organisations to retain existing customers and capture news using the latest technologies, lower their costs and increase profits.
Most recently, Gian has helped Mastercard, 10X, Deutsche Bank and the FCA undergo significant changes and left them in good shape.

Sachin is a Senior Consultant with X-CO. With over 15 years IT experience in all major sectors – Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Insurance, Health, Retail, Telecoms, Energy, Utilities and Government. Skilled in every aspect of the system lifecycle, from stakeholder management, analysis, design, development, testing to implementation and support. Key strengths and expertise lie in the areas of structured non-functional testing and quality assurance.

Sachin is proficient in all areas of testing, delivered load and performance, resilience, security, stability and availability testing projects. Formulated and executed QA & testing strategies on WWW, e-commerce and complex n-tier systems.

Sachin is able to drive programs with IT dependency and is an effective verbal and written communicator. He is highly organised with the ability to motivate other team members around him. His key strength is his ability to be ‘hands on’ at any stage of the non-functional testing life cycle, from requirements analysis to deep technical testing, thus enabling a complete commitment to quality.

Shaun is a Senior Consultant with X-CO. With 22 years of cross-industry roles in transformation and change, he brings a wealth of hands-on experience in IT and project management.

Shaun’s professional experience spans Banking, Aerospace and Rail sectors. He has worked with senior executives of leading banks and insurers in the UK, Europe and North America. With deep knowledge of numerous IT systems and third-party tools, Shaun is often deployed in programmes with an element of technology-based risk.

Shaun has advised clients on a wide range of concerns including: project scoping and definition, portfolio management, PMO set-up & control, customer proposition, target operating model design, change management and user training and support.

His past clients include Royal Bank of Scotland, RBSI, Direct Line Group, Thomson Reuters, British Airways, ABN AMRO and UBS.
